<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anatomical alignment-type articulator with a simple rotation alignment mechanism of a maxillary frame and capable of simply performing separating operations of the maxillary frame and a mandibular frame. <P>SOLUTION: Each condylar ball block 4 respectively includes a cylindrical part 401 engaged rotatably in the top of each upright column 2, a slot part 402 with its upper end extending from a top position of the cylindrical part 401 to a rear upper part of a maxillary frame 5 at a predetermined angle, and having an inner shape intersecting at a right angle in a length direction in a circular arc shape is opened, a condylar ball 403 making rolling with contact the inner face of the slot part 402 and inserting rotatably a rotation shaft 404 of the maxillary frame 5, a condylar ball fixing screw 405 enabling the condylar ball 403 to be fixed at a predetermined position in the slot part 402, a dividing board fixing screw 401a enabling the cylindrical part 401 to be fixed to the upright column 2, and a condylar ball stopper 406 which can be positioned at a first position to stop a pull-out of the condylar ball 403 from the slot part 402 and at a second position to allow the condylar ball 403 to be pulled out from the slot part 402. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
