FRACTIONAL REJECTION DEVICE FOR BOTTLE CARRYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle fractional rejection device having relatively simple construction permitting rejection of bad bottles during high speed carriage of bottles while preventing the malfunction due to an operating lag of a cam or others. SOLUTION: A star-wheel shaped gripper type horizontal rotation carrying device has means provided for individual grippers for moving cam followers up and down. Since engagement between the cam follower and a gripper opening cam can be controlled by utilizing sufficient timings between gripper opening and closing processes, stable rejection and separation of the bad bottles is allowed without failing to reject the bad bottles during high speed carriage.
