PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier film laminate which has excellent gas-barrier properties and moisture-proof properties equivalent to those of metal foil and suppressed in temperature and humidity dependency, can see contents from the outside, can use a metal detector, and uses a wide range of plastic materials excellent in film making properties and adhesivenss as a base material and is friendly to environment. SOLUTION: On at least one side of the base material (1) of a plastic material, an undercoat layer (2) of a polyurethane resin, a gas-barrier film layer (3) containing an inorganic laminar compound and a water-soluble polymer as main components, and a thin vapor-deposited inorganic oxide film layer (4) with a thickness of 5-300 nm are laminated.
