PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a robot from growing before a user learns a function with usage the user needs to learn. SOLUTION: An acquisition degree indicating the degree of the user learning a function is determined by an acquisition evaluation section. A growth evaluation section 213 evaluates experience in use of the user, and the degree of the growth of the robot is determined based on the evaluated experience and the acquisition degree.
