PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and preparation efficiency of a casting mold such as a core and a main die for use in the manufacture of cast components related to industrial machines and automobiles. SOLUTION: A device or method for molding a casting mold is characterized in that a magnetic metallic bush 12 is inserted and fitted into a foundry sand blow port 16 in a blow plate 11 and, in the leading end of the bush 12, a cavity 13 is formed so that a protrusion 131 having a predetermined dimension is formed on the surface of a completed casting mold.
