PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring decompression degree in a cavity and an injection sleeve which has an excellent performance to accurately monitor the decompression degree and can stably and accurately monitor the decompression degree for a long time. SOLUTION: The decompression degree monitoring method in the cavity 13 and the injection sleeve 22 is used to monitor whether the pressure in the cavity 13 and the injection sleeve 22 is decompressed down to a specified decompression degree. The decompression degree in the injection sleeve 22 is measured, according to which the degree of decompression in the cavity 13 and the injection sleeve 22 is monitored. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
