CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with 1st rotary members 3 and 6 which have one-end sides supported rotatably, a 2nd rotary member 8 which has one rotatable end, a spring 9 which energizes the 2nd rotary member in the direction where the member abuts on the 1st rotary members, and strain gauges G which are provided on the 1st rotary member. |
