<p>Device and method for magnetic resonance imaging of agricultural products, e.g. seeds, to determine physical and chemical characteristics thereof, e.g. the oil content. The device used is adapted for high-throughput MRI screening in that it has a large bore size and in that it comprises a sampling device with a plurality of plates, each plate being comprised of a plurality of wells. When applied to the seeds, the method aims at selecting seeds for selectively breeding plants.</p> |
