<p>PURPOSE:To provide a signal processing method for a GPS receiver by which a period of time required for catching a signal can be shorted in a signal processing method for a GPS receiver. CONSTITUTION:A quantized reception signal is sampled with a carrier signal generated within a receiver and written into memory circuits 30, 31 and then read out at a different speed from that when written and at the same time its correlation with a code signal generated within the receiver is sought, and the carrier frequency and the code phase of a reception signal are searched.</p> |
