PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polysilsesquioxane low in loss, high in heat resistance and moisture resistance and excellent in cracking resistance by using a copolymer comprising specific four kinds of repeating units. SOLUTION: This beam guiding path suitable as various optical parts, optical integrated circuits, optical circuit boards or cores and clads useful in fields such as general optics, fine optics fields, optical communication and optical information treatment is obtained by using a copolymer comprising a repeating unit of formula I and formula II (R1 is cyclohexyl or cyclopentyl) and a repeating unit of formula III and formula TV [R2 is a phenyl of the formula C6 Y5 (Y is H or deuterium) or a deuterated phenyl], preferably a mixture of the copolymer and a polyisocyanate. |
