The rose comprises inserts (11) in the openings of the spray-plate which are of rubber or similar elastic material, with passages (12) through them and forming the jet outlets. Cleaning pins may be inserted into them. Cleaning equipment (10) inside the housing (1) comprises a large number of pins (18), which are slid into the outlets by an actuating mechanism. The inserts can be proud of the outside surface (5) of the plate, their end faces being parallel to the latter. At their inner ends the passages can be cylindrical, and the pins can be mounted on a common component. The inserts can be positively lockable in position, and the pins can be actuated manually, by turbine, or by changing the head over to a different type of jet. |
