R1+R2 together = a benzo ring that may be substituted by halogen, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, CN, OH, NH2, 1-6C alkylamino, 1-6C dialkylamino, or CF3; R3 = H; or alternatively R1 = H; and R2+R3 together = a benzo ring optionally substituted as defined.
