SOC INCLUDING CONTROL UNIT FOR CHANGING PROGRAM PERIOD AND ERASE PERIOD OF BUILT-IN MEMORY

PURPOSE: An SOC(System On Chip) including a control unit for changing a program period and an erase period of a built-in memory is provided to change easily the program period and the erase period by installing a control circuit in the SOC. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor IC including a control unit for changing a program period and an erase period of a built-in memory includes a counter(110), a plurality of comparators(120-124), and a multiplexer(130). The counter(110) is used for performing a counting operation according to a clock signal. The comparators(120-124) are used for outputting activated comparative signals when a predetermined value corresponds to a value of the counter(110). The multiplexer(130) is used for outputting one of the comparative signals of the comparators(120-124) as a program control signal of the built-in memory in response to a selection signal.
