PURPOSE: Provided are a microencapsulated insecticide and its manufacturing method using biodecomposable polymers through emulsification-diffusion process, thereby masking the harmful and unpleasant smell and maintaining efficacy for a ling time. CONSTITUTION: A microencapsulated insecticide is characterized in that insecticidal oil is included inside a capsule, and outer wall is composed of biodecomposable polymers, wherein the insecticidal oil is chlorophyrifos or deet, and the biodecomposable polymer is polycaprolactone, polylactic acid or polyglycolide.
