PURPOSE: Provided is a skin massage device equipped with vibrating motor and a heat generating element, which generates vibration and heat simultaneously, emits infra-red ray at the massage part of the body, and prevents massage cream from flowing down. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: an operation part(20) in a case(10) wherein a vibrating motor(24) and a switch(23) are placed and a massage part(30) at one side of the case(10) at the bottom of the operating part(20). A fixing groove(31) is fixed at the case(10), a fixed body is installed at the fixing groove(31). At the bottom part of the fixed body(32), a heat element is placed.
