PURPOSE: Provided are a 7-dehydrocholesterol and cyclodextrin inclusion complex, a cosmetic composition containing it, and a method for stabilizing 7-dehydrocholesterol, as well as a method for manufacturing the inclusion complex. CONSTITUTION: A 7-dehydrocholesterol and cyclodextrin inclusion complex is characterized in that 7-dehydrocholesterol is included or entrapped into the network structure of cyclodextrin. The weight ratio of 7-dehydrocholesterol to cyclodextrin is 1:1-20.
