POINTING DEVICE USING ULTRASONIC SENSOR

PURPOSE: A pointing device using an ultrasonic sensor is provided to simplify use and carrying by using an additional component for realizing an input operation, and to carry out a convenient and regular ultrasonic position measurement. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic system base module(100) includes an ultrasonic transmitting/receiving tool(100), an ultrasonic transmitting driver(120), a signal generator(130), a clock generator(140), a controller(150), a micro controller(160), a signal transmitting tool(170), an ultrasonic receiving/amplifying tool(180), and a signal distinction tool(190). An ultrasonic pointing module includes the ultrasonic transmitting/receiving tool, the ultrasonic transmitting driver, the signal generator, the clock generator, the controller, the micro controller, a user interface, the ultrasonic receiving/amplifying tool, and the signal distinction tool. The ultrasonic system base module(100) and the ultrasonic pointing module are separated with each other through wire/wireless, and a position of the ultrasonic pointing module is calculated through mutual communication.
