PURPOSE: To transmit modulated data by S/P converting a data group, operating inverse high speed Fourier transformation, delaying and repeatedly extending one data, multiplying each data from each symbol with different coefficients, and adding them to frequency multiplex at a low symbol rate. CONSTITUTION: An S/P converter 1 S/P converts a data group I, an inverse high speed Fourier transformer 2 operates inverse high speed Fourier transformation, and a delay circuit 4 delays and repeatedly extends one data. Shift registers 7 and 8 are provided with N pieces of coefficient train synchronizing with a symbol rate, and a multiplier 3 multiplies the output of the converter 2 which the different coefficients from the register 6. Also, a multiplier 5 multiplies an extended transformed group outputted from the circuit 4 with the different coefficients from the register 7, an adder 8 adds the outputs of the multipliers 3 and 5, and outputs it to an output stage 9. Thus, the modulated data of a carrier frequency-multiplexed a relatively low bit rate can be transmitted, and the device can be simplified and inexpensive.
