<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently perform job hunting (job offer) activity. <P>SOLUTION: A job hunting information input part 901 inputs information concerned with the job hunting conditions of a certain job applicant, a job hunting information extraction part 904 extracts information concerned with one or more job hunting conditions of persons other than the job applicant which are similar to the contents of the inputted information from a job hunting slip DB 311, a job offerer's correspondence information extraction part 905 extracts all or a part of job offerer's correspondence information concerned with the correspondence of a plurality of job offerers to job applicant corresponding to the information of the extracted job hunting condition from a job offerer's correspondence information DB 313, and an output part 903 outputs the extracted job offerer's correspondence information, so that effective job offer information which can not be detected from matching between the information of job hunting slips and job offer information can be easily detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
