COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF IC CARD WITH CPU, IC CARD WITH CPU, MANAGEMENT CENTER AND READING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication information from being illegally obtained and decoded by a third party in communication between a management center and an IC card with a CPU.

SOLUTION: Since value information is transmitted to and received from the management center through a reading apparatus with the IC card with a CPU storing a plurality of encoding programs, a selection program, a plurality of decoding programs and a value information storage area and an encoding program selected by the selection program from among the plurality of encoding programs by each transmission unit is used, the plurality of encoding programs are used for transmission and reception. The plurality of encoding programs extracted from many kinds of encoding programs stored in the management center are stored in each IC card with a CPU.
