<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device and a DMA (direct memory access) data transferring method capable of fast and efficiently transferring DMA data even for a random data amount. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with a central processing unit, an interface circuit and a DMAC (direct memory access controller) for performing data transfer through the interface circuit, DMA transfer scheduling that can dynamically change transfer sizes from a transfer start of one time till transfer end interrupt as a DMA data transfer method in the semiconductor integrated circuit device equipped with a DMA bridge that can perform DMA transfer scheduling for dynamically changing transfer sizes from a transfer start of one time till transfer end interrupt on the DMAC and that is equipped with the central processing unit, the interface circuit, and the DMAC for performing data transfer through the interface circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
