<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the utilizing situation of knowledge and information in a system. <P>SOLUTION: The respective categories of the 'responder' of a questionnaire, 'knowledge and information' utilized by the responder and the 'originator' of the knowledge and information are assigned to the respective circles (a responder area 100, a knowledge and information area 200 and an originator area 300) of triple concentric circles. Nodes 110, 210 and 310 expressing the individual responder, knowledge and information, and acquiring source are arranged in the category areas 100, 200 and 300 to which the nodes belong, Arcs 150a and 150b combining the node 110 of the responder and the node 210 of the knowledge and information utilized by the responder are displayed. Arcs 250a and 250b combining the node 210 showing the knowledge and information and the node 310 showing the originator are displayed.
