PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric material recording medium having a dielectric material recording area, with large size, for example, one side length is of mm order, suitable for high density recording, a manufacturing method of the dielectric material recording medium and its manufacturing device. SOLUTION: The dielectric material recording medium 1 is provided with a dielectric material 11, a conductive thin film 12, a substrate 13 and the conductive thin film 12 is adhered to the substrate 13 by resin adhesive agent 14. The dielectric material 11 consists of ferroelectric monocrystals having uniform thickness, one surface of them is defined as a recording and reproducing surface, one side length is of mm order and the thickness is about 5000Å. The conductive thin film 12 is provided on peripherals and the rear surface of the recording and reproducing surface of the dielectric material 11 with thickness of about 1000 to 2000Å. The substrate 13 holds the thin dielectric materials, maintains flatness, on the adhesion surface of which a recessed part 13a is provided, absorbs an excess part of the adhesive agent of the resin adhesive agent 14 and forms a uniform and flat adhesion surface when the dielectric material 11 is adhered to the substrate 13.
