PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine a main magnet and a sensor magnet with accuracy so that the phase of poles between the main magnet and the sensor magnet is brought to a certain angle. SOLUTION: The magnetization phase of the sensor magnet is determined relative to the leakage flux of the pole of the main magnet. The main magnet has been magnetized before the magnetization of the sensor magnet, and there is great residual flux when the phase is determined. The phase is determined so that the sensor magnet is magnetized in the same pole as in the main magnet. Therefore, the sensor magnet can be weakly magnetized.
