PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP contact center system to be organized and operated at low cost in terms of efficiency including maintenance by synthesizing an independent voice system with data systems in a call center. SOLUTION: A voice system service device 102, and data system service devices 109 and 110 are mutually connected to an exchanger (PBX 101) which is arranged only in a main center 1. The obtained voice is made into an IP synthesized with data, and supplied to a satellite center 2 and a home satellite center 3.
