<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of providing information and managing for house construction so that a satisfactory house in delivered to an owner with preparatory confirmation and pre-delivery confirmation. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of providing information and managing for house construction, a house is delivered to the owner through a customer's request input process, an information providing process for providing the housing loan information, house tax consultation information, house completion expectation information, sick-house syndrome preventing information, room-inside pollution and toxic substance information and construction company's introduction information, a selection process for selecting a construction company, a construction drawing forming process to be done by the construction company, a preparatory check process for checking to confirm house functions on a construction drawing, a construction management process for managing construction after a contract by a management center, and a final check process for checking the house in the management center after the house is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
