<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for compressing trace data which enables a programmer to effectively debug programs through few output terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The device for compressing trace data 1, which compresses and outputs an address identifier of address information being read and written by a dedicated microcomputer 19 as well as an operand data stored in the addresses of data information, is equipped with a circuit for acquiring data 12 which acquires, from the microcomputer 19, the data and the address information accessed by the microcomputer 19, a circuit for compressing the address information 14 which compresses and outputs the address information acquired by the circuit for acquiring data 12, a circuit for compressing the data information 15 which compresses and outputs the data information acquired by the circuit for acquiring data 12, and a circuit for outputting data 17 which sends the compressed address and data information being output from the circuit for compressing address information 14 and the circuit for compressing the data information 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
