<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for totaling, a computer program and a recording medium by which totalling on purpose of processing for the by-use-separation of the consumption of a consuming object such as gas, electricity, the judgment of an energy-saving situation, proposing of an energy-saving method is possible even when totalling the consumption of the consuming object in each proper period such as a month on the purpose. <P>SOLUTION: The device obtains a consumption, a measured period and attribute about partial months of a year (S101), obtains a consumption condition in addition (S102), calculates an estimated quantity of a not-obtained period on the basis of the obtained consumption, the ratio of a standard quantity in a corresponding period and the standard quantity in the period in which a consumption is not obtained (S104), totals the obtained consumption and the calculated estimated quantity (S105), performs the respective kinds of processing such as by-use-separation, and calculates the reliability of the consumption, the standard quantity, the estimated quantity and the result of by-use- separation used for totaling as exponents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
