PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage in a centralized manner data on parts from the project/ plan to the completion of drawings so that the information and data related to development are shared with persons related to the development through an electronic part list. SOLUTION: An electronic part list system includes a part table creating part 13, a layout table creating part 14 and a layout part 15. The part table creating part 13 generates the electronic part list as a part table including part information on the parts used in designing an automobile according to designer's input referring to design reference information. The layout table creating part 14 generates a layout list as a table including layout necessary information required for layout of parts according to the part information. The layout part 15 generates layout information as the arrangement state of parts according to the design reference information, the part information and the layout necessary information.
