PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating method for a color correction table capable of enhancing continuity in color correction of image data, and an image processor, method, program and recording medium using the color correction table. SOLUTION: In the image processor, image processing is carried out by using the color correction table generated by using a smoothing degree evaluation function for evaluating a degree of smoothing in each piece of lattice point data after color conversion in Lab space by the color correction table. The smoothing degree evaluation function has an evaluation function based upon a torsion amount by Lab prior and posterior to the color conversion by the color correction table, and an evaluation function based upon a separated degree from an objective Lab.
