PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail distribution processing system capable of easily displaying e-mail, and to provide clocks. SOLUTION: A mail distribution processor 2 is provided with a communication I/F, a clock part, a storage part including a mail folder for storing e-mail about clocks 3, and a CPU for making a clock of a desired destination transmit e-mail in receiving e-mail. The clocks 3 are provided with a communication I/F, a clock part, an input part, an output part, a storage part including a mail folder, a combined image generation part for combining a prescribed image with an image showing to the effect that e-mail has been received to generate a combined image, and a CPU for storing e-mail in the storage part in receiving the e-mail, outputting the combined image, and outputting an image corresponding to the e-mail stored in the storage part when data showing the purport for displaying the e-mail is inputted.
