PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data synchronization apparatus, which is provided a synchronization processing means 20 for matching data with each other between a certain information communication apparatus 10 and another information communication apparatus 90, being free from miss-synchronization, and enabling synchronization of data reliably at a appropriate timing in consideration of power consumption and communication cost. SOLUTION: A data entry means 11 is provided for inputting data D being a synchronization object. A synchronization cutoff setting means 13 is provided for setting a cutoff hour representing a time limit of synchronization of the input data D. A synchronization processing activation determining means 19 is provided for determining whether or not the synchronization processing is activated by using the criteria that is met until the time from current to cutoff hour becomes zero.
