PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide job processing method and system by e-mail capable of easily processing a job processing request by continuously processing a job without going through processing of a plurality of steps. SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a client terminal 11 of a job processing request source which can transmit and receive e-mail in a particular format; a client terminal 12 of a job processing request destination which can transmit and receive e-mail in a particular format; a job processing part 13 for receiving the e-mail from the individual client terminals 11 and 12, preparing a URL about job processing, attaching the prepared URL to the e-mail and transmitting the e-mail to the individual client terminals 11 and 12; and a communication network 14 for connecting the individual client terminals 11 and 12 with the job processing part 13 with each other.
