POWER GENERATING AND HOT-WATER SUPPLYING SYSTEM FOR KITCHEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating and hot-water supplying system for a kitchen, which is excellent in environmental protection in addition to energy saving and profitability.

SOLUTION: The power generating and hot-water supplying system 20 for a kitchen comprises a fuel cell 1 as a power generating unit. The system also comprises a hot-water supplying unit 2 which produces hot water utilizing exhaust heat from the fuel cell 1 to store it, a high-temperature steam generator 3 which heats the hot water stored in the hot-water supplying unit 2 with the exhaust heat to discharge high-temperature steam and a high-temperature air generator 4 which produces high-temperature air for drying utilizing the exhaust heat to discharge it. Electricity outputted from the fuel cell 1 is connected to system power of a power supply company so as to permit selling excess power.
