<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microdevice that can be increased in magnetomotive force, without increasing the number of turns of a planar coil and is constituted in a thin-film structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this microdevice, a second magnetic layer 22 is provided to face a first magnetic layer 21 and is magnetically coupled with the layer 21 via coupling sections 211 and 212. A thin-film coil 23 is wound turning in a plane around the coupling section 212 and passes through the space between the first and second magnetic layers 21 and 22. One end of a first lead conductor T1 is connected to a first end section 231 of the coil 23 passed under the second magnetic layer 22 and the other end of the coil 23 is led out, in the direction opposite to the first terminal 231, after passing over the second magnetic layer 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
