CHARGING COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, EXTERNAL SERVER, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND CHARGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging communication system capable of precisely determining and charging the rate to equipment or energy use in home at a cost as low as possible by using a global network (Internet).

SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 1 connected to an external server 4 through the global network accesses the external server 4, on receipt of the input of a use quantity signal every set use quantity of the equipment or energy to be charged, and transmits equipment energy use information including its own identification information. The external server 4 calculates the use quantity of equipment or energy every communication terminal device 1 on the basis of the received equipment energy use information, and calculates the rate to be charged to a customer on the basis of the information of the use quantity of equipment or energy and customer information in which the communication terminal device 1 is associated with a rate unit price every customer.
