PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call notice system capable of relieving the load of a proxy reception apparatus for receiving and storing calls and electronic mail arrived in a mobile communication network when a terminal to receive the electronic mail and an automatic answering phone call is not resident in a communication zone. SOLUTION: An incoming call history storage means is located in a home location register in the mobile communication network and when no reply is obtained by calling a mobile terminal to receive a call arrived in the mobile communication network, the incoming call history storage means stores a fact of the arrival of the incoming call to the mobile terminal, and the system searches the incoming call history storage means when the mobile terminal to receive the incoming call makes position registration, and informs the mobile terminal about the arrival of the incoming call when the incoming call history storage means has an incoming call history to the mobile terminal.
