PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer logic development system and its program capable of developing a logic based on applications for a plurality of on-vehicle electronic control units (ECU) and identifying files contained in each application. SOLUTION: A plurality of microcomputer applications 1 and 2 are stored as development software in a microcomputer logic development device 3. A file name for each of the files contained in the applications 1 and 2 is attached with an identifier for discriminating the files between the respective applications. The same file contained in both applications is stored avoiding redundant reading. The identifiers are kept attached when a software developed based on the information of a control object device 8 is output as an application for a mass production ECU, and the identifiers attached to each file name are deleted when the software is divided to be output for a plurality of ECU applications.
