<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for optical disk recording, which record data on an optical disk by optimal reproducing signal quality. <P>SOLUTION: Recording laser power is adjusted by changing the servo gain of a running OPC in accordance with a difference between the actually measured value of a predetermined parameter obtained by running OPC carried out when data is recorded on an optical disk and the target value of a predetermined parameter. That is, when a difference between the actually measured value and the target value is big, data recording laser power is controlled to increase a servo gain, and the recording laser power is controlled to reduce a servo gain. Thus, the recording laser power is quickly converged to the target value without any oscillation of the actually measured value or slowing-down of follow-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
