<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which allows advance of business processing without waiting for approval of a plurality of authorizers and improbably leads to erroneous decision making. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 2 for approval, a terminal 3 for business, and a terminal 4 for service are connected to a server via a communication network 5. The server 1 deploys an ASP service and make required application software to be downloaded on-site. The terminal 3 for business generates an estimate while referring to past estimate data in an estimate Log database 11. When an estimate which is judged to have no problems by collation with a credit limit amount master database 15 is approved by the terminal 2 for approval, the server 1 is allowed to accept an order for a business case concerned with the estimate and to perform following business processing.
