<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output method, an order giving and accepting system, a mediating device, and a computer program, in a mediating site mediating between an enterprise corporation for performing reconstruction works or the like and a customer, which give higher possibilities to the customer in condition negotiations with an excellent enterprise corporation and enable the mediating site to expect increase of incomings of brokerage commissions due to improvement of a total successful contract rate and allow the enterprise corporation to derive further increase of contracts from accumulation of actual results. <P>SOLUTION: An output order of enterprise corporations which have bid for conditions of works presented from the customer, which are outputted from an ordering support device 20 managed by the customer, is determined on the basis of contract success conditions such as the numbers of past successful contracts and successful contract rates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
