<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portfolio management support technology for inquiring the state of a portfolio at an optional point of time and/or an optional short/ long period. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction input means 201 generates transaction data and stores the transaction data in a transaction information data base 202, and when a condition of the transaction is changed, transaction data for the transaction changing the condition are newly generated and information for managing the history of the original transaction data obtained before changing the condition is recorded in the newly generated transaction data. When an inquiry condition acquiring means 210 receives an inquiry period or inquiry time, specification for specifying an analytical target extraction condition and specification for specifying an output condition, a processing target data extraction means 21 extracts corresponding transaction data.
