<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low-cost brushless motor control apparatus which can calculate a coil phase current value flowing to each coil phase of a brushless motor with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The brushless motor control apparatus 1 drives a polyphase brushless motor 50 having a plurality of coil phases by an inverter 10 having a plurality of switching elements 111, 112. In this control apparatus 1, a shunt resistor 113 for measuring an element current value flowing through the element 112 is connected to the element 112 for driving each coil phase. The coil phase current value flowing to each coil phase is calculated based on the measured element current value, and the motor 50 is controlled based on the motor phase calculated based on the coil phase current value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
