摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed and high-quality solid-state image pickup device by reducing the influence of signals which are temporally adjacent and have different colors. SOLUTION: The device has a structure in which the same color signals of pixels in respective rows or columns can be outputted from different output amplifiers, and color mixture due to the mutual influence of colors can be prevented because the adjacent colors on the time base are the same, thereby realizing a high image quality.
