PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding cellular phone having a calling function to a specific number that can connect with a specific one's party by opening. SOLUTION: The folding cellular phone 10 having a specific number calling function has a display section 10A, an operation section 10B, and a control section for controlling respective sections, turnably connects the display section 10A with the operation section 10B via a hinge section 14, and has a switch mechanism 25 for turning on a switch when the folding cellular phone 10 is opened.
