PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device which irradiates an optical disk such as CD-R with laser beam, performs data recording and data reproduction and, further, displays the present position of laser beam irradiation. SOLUTION: A plurality of LEDs 1-5 are disposed on the optical disk device and the LED corresponding to the position of laser beam irradiation is turned on.
