PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt position adjuster having improved responsiveness of tilt position adjustment with large moment without causing an increase in electric power consumption. SOLUTION: A quadrilateral tilt coil 8b is arranged almost centered on the intersecting point of magnetic pole interfaces of four-pole magnets 6a to 6d, one side of the two long sides of the coil 8 is arranged in the region of the magnets 6a and 6b, and the other long side is arranged in the region of the magnets 6c and 6d. When a current 13 passes through the tilt coil 8b, a thrust 14 is produced, in two, upper and lower sides of the coil 8b, upward at the right side and downward at the left side, thereby a moment 15 is produced. Thereby, a ratio of effective length for producing the moment to coil length is made larger than that in a conventional technology, and tilt sensitivity per unit current and voltage (moment, force, response speed) is enlarged. Consequently, the tilt position adjuster having the improved responsiveness of the tilt position adjustment with large moment is realized without causing the increase in electric power consumption.
