PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention system capable of facilitating the construction by reducing transmission lines and properly performing emergency broadcasting from a proper position. SOLUTION: Terminals having emergency communication function, terminals having emergency broadcasting function, and terminals having emergency alarming function are mixed and connected on one transmission line L1 extended from a control board 2. Voice data related to emergency telephone, emergency broadcasting and emergency alarm are multiplexed on the transmission line L1 and transmitted. Accordingly, the providing of transmission lines every function as in the past can be dispensed with to simplify the construction, and emergency broadcasting can be properly performed from a proper position.
