PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house system capable of facilitating the wetting work of a dwelling house terminal device to be set in each of a plurality of dwelling houses and suppressing a setting error. SOLUTION: This system comprises a plurality of dwelling house terminal devices 110 to be set in each of a plurality of dwelling houses. Each dwelling house terminal device 110 has a storage means 113 for storing the set information set in the dwelling house terminal device 110, a communication means 116 for acquiring the set information of other dwelling house terminal devices 110, and a setting means 118 for performing the setting of the dwelling house terminal device 110 on the basis of the acquired set information.
