PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication processing procedure for efficiently performing learning in the case of performing authentication for signature data using a plurality of signature data for checking. SOLUTION: An authentication part 18 compares signature data requested to be checked with the plurality of signature data for checking to perform authentication for the signature data requested to be checked. A learning part 20 causes learning for the signature data for checking, the authentication of which is established by the authentication part 18. A checking object switching part 22 selects the read position of the plurality of signature data for checking and supplies the same to the authentication part 18 to balance the frequency of checking the signature data, the authentication of which is requested with the plurality of signature data for checking with reference to the preceding authentication result of a register database server 3.
